We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use. This license includes:
- Lifetime access to purchased courses (unless otherwise specified)
- Access to course updates and improvements
- The right to receive a certificate upon successful completion
You may not share your account access, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content without our express written permission.
5. Payment and Refunds
Certain courses and features require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
- Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
- Pay applicable taxes
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. To request a refund, contact us at admin@circonspect.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
6. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, submit, or share content including comments, questions, projects, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant Circonspect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with operating the Service.

- Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

- Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results from using our courses.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIRCONSPECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred from use of content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@circonspect.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for courses already purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Circonspect operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
